Testament to Georgie being dyslexic, video applications can also be made by those less comfortable writing essays.

While the application criteria outlined here is currently set, we are open to broadening this out in the future and considering other needs. Please share any thoughts you have around this here.

Bespoke support

Initially 1 event rider will be supported through the programme with scope to potentially increase numbers in the future. Support will be as bespoke as possible to rider's individual needs and can include:

  • All areas of financial management
  • Legal and HR compliance
  • Gaining and maintaining sponsorship
  • Identifying young horse talent
  • Bringing on young horses
  • On-the-ground safety training for riders and staff
  • Managing staff

The types of support provided will be determined through the development of an individual performance plan for each beneficiary.
