Scone's first charity of choice

21-24 August 2025

Have you heard that we've been named as the supported charity for the inaugural running of Scone Palace International Horse Trials?

New to British Eventing's 2025 fixtures list, this CCI4*-L horse trials ran from 21 to 24 August, set within the stunning surroundings of Scone Palace and Perth Racecourse!

Guided course walks from the likes of Pippa Funnel and Izzy Taylor were incredibly well supported to raise funds for the Foundation and we loved seeing riders flying over our Georgie Campbell Foundation frangible purple and white corners!

Following the news of our charity partnership, Georgie's older sister and Georgie Campbell Foundation trustee, Jo Williams, said:

"The Georgie Campbell Foundation is honoured to be named as charity of choice for the inaugural Scone Palace International Horse Trials.

"The setting feels very apt because Georgie had Scottish heritage through our paternal grandfather's Strang lineage, and our parents very nearly relocated the family to Scotland when we were children. While being based down south meant that Georgie didn't compete in Scotland a huge amount, she did have a memorably excellent cross-country round at Blair Castle with Master Monarch that got them onto the Junior Pathway.

"We wish the organisers and competitors all the very best for a successful first event."
