What a day Sunday 16 March was on the Cranbrook School astroturf in Kent. The sun shone, local BBC radio and TV interviews were conducted, £2,000 of baked goods and hot drinks were purchased and another £1,000 donated.

The hockey match between the fresh legs of the current Cranbrook School 1st XI hockey team (which Georgie captained during her school days) in the white and maroon kit and 'Georgie's girls' (a mixture of former school friends, event riders, and more) in purple finished 3-2 to the school. While Georgie's girls were disappointed not to secure the win for her, they are now even more determined for next year, as we'd like to make this an annual event.

Huge huge thanks to everyone involved, from players to bakers, spectators to servers. It really was a special day and we know Georgie will have been smiling down on us 💜🤍
